Must Have Modification..

I bought a RUGER SR1911 and modified it with many W-C Parts. This spring is simple way to make a less expensive gun work much better. Absolutely DROP IN installation. You Must know how to disassemble and assemble a 1911, this goes beyond field stripping.

Better then ever!!..

Added this to a Rock Island Armory M1911A1 FS. Now the grip safety doesnt wiggle back and forth and more. Made the entire firing system feel tight again.

Great product for any 1911 owner..

This Sear Spring from WC replaced the stock sear spring in a Rock Island Armory 1911 Officer Model/Compact .45ACP. It dropped right in. I immediately felt a huge overall improvement in tension and feel of the trigger and beaver tail safety. I recommend this product to anyone with a 1911.

Fit great in all the right places...

I replaced all my trigger components in my S&W with Bullet Proof parts and set the trigger to 3.25 lbs. Factory pull was about 4.75 and had a clean break. I was speechless after I got my gun back from my local gunsmith Clint at Coyote Creek in Rochester MN. These parts are amazing! I had a knowledgeable customer next to me give it a few pulls and he said â€œWow, now thatâ€™s an amazing trigger. . . WOWâ€. Spring seems much more solid than my factory one. Great parts!

Super Replacement Spring..

Purchased this sear spring as part of a huge upgrade on my Sig Sauer 1911 XO. Im updating all of the MIM parts to Wilson Bullet-Proof parts due to the high quality and longevity. This sear spring was part of my trigger job. Out of the box, this spring was much better than the stock XO spring. The leg for the beavertail safety was excellent and was pretensioned perfectly to my liking. The other legs were spot on and helped to deliver a nice, crisp, perfectly weighted pull.

Better than stock..

Used this in my trigger job on my Kimber Ultra CDP II. Its made from spring steel which will bend to whatever shape you like and holds it well. My stock Kimber sear spring was difficult to make slight adjustments to because it was tight. Its a good investment when your doing a trigger job. Trigger jobs are all about fine tuning and this part just makes it easier.

Sear spring does its jobs, improves others...

An excellent sear spring is hard to come by, but of course Wilson Combat created one. This sear spring increases the effectiveness of your trigger and beavertail grip safety. Making adjustments upon the spring is a patient matter but once in place, it keeps its form flawlessly. Custom build, replacement, or tactical tuneup, this is an excellent choice.

Good first step..

This spring brought the trigger weight in my Colt Commander down almost a full pound, in terms of bang for the buck its hard to beat. Probably a Wilson hammer and sear next.
