Texas Weapons Systems Guide Wire & Spring Retainer. **Required for rifles with tube recoil assembly** 55315

If your rifle has a tubular/telescopic recoil assembly, please order the additional part, Guide Wire & Spring Retainer (PN 55315). This additional part, along with our Release Button will replace your tubular / telescopic recoil assembly. Please refer below to PN 55315 for further information.

You will need to open up your rifle and look at the recoil spring assembly.  
If your recoil spring assembly (inside the spring) is the wire type, then you do NOT need the additional piece.
If your recoil spring assembly (inside the spring) is telescopic/tubular, then you WILL need the additional piece.
